John served in youth ministry for 12 years, led mission projects in Latin America and Caribbean for 5 years and was an Assosciate Pastor for 3 years. Church planter for 4 years.John has been married to Stephannie for 17 years. He has two great kids! Daughter Michaela is 8 and wants to be a soccer star, son Jacob is 5 and wants to drive “monster trucks” when he grows up.

Hidden Talent:
Loves to landscape and work in the yard. Enjoys traveling around Baja. John is a Civil War fanatic, and has set a life goal of visiting every major battlefield.

Mission For Ministry:
Equipping, encouraging, and accomplishing life change through the power of God’s grace in Jesus Christ.

John has been successful in almost every facet of ministry; from Evangelical Sports Camps, Youth Group, Small Group development, and building effective and rewarding service teams. He brings a passion to help everyone discover their unique gifts and discover how to put them into action.John is married to his wife Elizabeth for over 24 years and has four sons and 3 grand children already. John is also his mother-in-laws FAVORITE son-in-law.John enjoys spending time with my family and enjoying a good movie. Playing guitar is also a hobby that I enjoy more than those who listen!

Steve has been working vocationally in music ministry for the last 12 years, but has been involved since the age of nine when he began singing in choirs. He has led worship for many camps, mission trips and conferences. Steve has also recorded and produced two worship CD’s, as well as co-writing “Spirit Blow Through Me” that was featured on Worship Leader Magazine’s Song Discovery CD, Vol. 7Steve is married to his beautiful wife Candace and has two wonderful kids, Matthew & Cassandra.

For worship to go beyond the music, and become a lifestyle lived in God’s presence.

Jessica has worked with Children in After-School and Elementary School Programs for the past 10 years. She has been serving in Rancho Vista Children’s Ministry for the past 1 ½ years.Jessica is a native San Diegan with a large extended family and an amazing 3 year old son named Kalen.Jessica’s mission for ministry is to make faith fun for kids and accessible for all families.

Jessica enjoys running, yoga, cooking (and eating), spending time with friends and family, and being a part of RVC Mexico Missions.
