What Should I Expect When I Visit?
We appreciate how important finding a church home is to you and your family. It is our hope that you’ll find Rancho Vista Church a place where you and your family can find encouragement and hope, feel like you belong, and enjoy being surrounded by a network of people who genuinely care about each other. To help you here’s some information to help you on your first visit:
Where am I? Check out the campus map on this page to orient yourself with our facility at Otay Ranch High School. When you arrive, feel free to park in the yellow curb spaces near our entrance. These are specially located for your convenience.
One of the first things you’ll notice is our WELCOME station where you’ll find friendly greeters who can help introduce you to what’s going on at Rancho Vista Church. The first face you’ll see as you approach the church is sure to have a smile on it and whether you need childcare or are looking for a place for your growing family, the greeter team and staff are ready and available to help you get where you need to go.
Remember that the atmosphere is friendly and dress is casual. Dress comfortably for you. At Rancho Vista Church We’re more concerned with meeting your real-life needs than with what you wear. So, dress casually and you’ll fit right in.
Our worship service is also designed to help you discover the joy and truth God has for you. You’ll enjoy upbeat music and practical messages that help you deal with real-life issues and provide practical tools to put what you learn into action. We believe that what we learn on Sunday should be useful every day of the week. We’ll even give you a helpful outline with the Bible passages we discuss so you can get even more out of the weekend. It’s our goal to help you connect with the personal hope and practical help that God can give us. As a first time visitor, we offer our worship service as a gift to you, and ask that you do not feel obligated to participate in the offering.
