This weekend was fantastic for RVC. On Friday night we had 13 adults commit to become “official” parts of the Rancho Vista team by completing “Church #101″ and signing a team covenant. We also have returned Janae and Sean Johnson to active membership - as they have moved back to San Diego from the warm confines of Northern Minnesota.

Sunday our great weekend continued with a fantastic time of worship at both services - and a our first “Church lunch” after the second service. Our very own Nelli Popa came up with the idea of getting evryone together for fellowship and fun -and to get to know one another better. She recruited Carmen Gamboa - who - no surprise - cooked about the best meal most of us have had in a long time. Gourmet!

We are going to try to set up monthly lunches on the last Sunday of each month. Make sure you stop by next time on February 24th!
